ABDOMINAL CT SCAN
  • Free intra-abdominal fluid was noted.
    The abdominal aorta appeared normal. Large amounts of retro-peritoneal blood were seen. A 7cm by 9cm mass was noted in the right retroperitoneal area. It was inhomogenous and did not enhance with contrast. Retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy was noted. There was mild splenomegaly (11.5cm).
