ICU progress..
( 18 July 1998..)
  • Enoxaparin 40mg S/C twice daily was given. This was well-tolerated. Miss T was discharged to the vascular ward. Histology of the retroperitoneal nodes showed caseation with Langhans giant cells, highly suggestive of tuberculosis. Anti-tuberculous therapy was started, and well tolerated. The patient did well on discharge from hospital.
