Findings: 500ml of dark intra-abdominal blood. No evidence
of an ectopic pregnancy. A large retro-peritoneal haematoma
extended from the right mesosalpinx up to the
liver. Surgeon's opinion:
" it might be a leaking aortic aneurysm"
