ICU : 17 July 1998 : 06h00
A waiting strategy paid off! Despite the raised intra-abdominal
pressure, urine output never fell below 55 ml/hr. The Urea and
Creatinine actually improved slightly, over the next 6 hours.
Haemodynamics were stable.
The intra-abdominal pressure declined slightly to 34 cm H2O
and the patient was planned for elective relook laparotomy, but..
The INR again increased to 4, aPTT 46.3/31.6
